- 1 / 5By Julie CarrollWent in today to get my free reward drink and had to pay for it. I've been here several times and there is NEVER the same person there as the last time. This time there was a person who had no idea what he was doing basically running the kiosk. I mean he still had to reference the recipe cards. The only "support" he had was the assistant store manager for the Payless (Kroger) the the kiosk is inside of. And that manager had even less of an idea of what was going on than the new guy. It was just incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
Stay away from this one if you can....it's bad.October 01, 2016
