  Where do i begin at McDonald's service on Broadway.... First off morning shift can nvr get a order right. I order from yal all the time n always my kids get nack home n my order is incorrect.yals accuracy sucks. Today sept 26th my 13 yr old daughter goes nto order at dinner time n ur employee Logan at the counter a 16yr old was very discourteous n rude as af to my kid, after placing the order on my debit card he refused to give her the food. So my 12yr old goes back for the food m comes home wit it cold. The managers response was wat do u want me to do about it. I said something needs b said to logan. At the least that kid needs FIRED ASAP! THATS NO WAY TO CONDUCT A BUSINESS. IM PISSED. I call back second time after order was brought home cold, i demanded my money back n my order replaced for free. Order number 340 September 26th 17:02 time.

  I go thru drive thru almost every day for years. The staff is pleasant, courteous, and efficient. It is a pleasure to be greeted and start each morning with my McCafe drink served by great young kids. My only problem has been trying to use McD app, it's too slow to come up to scan by the time I get to window frequently
